Besides a decent price on something on occasion, delta team tactical is horrible! I gave them a few chances to change my opinion but they just do not care about customer service or gaining new customers. Twice when I've placed an order it took well over the 6-9 business days they tell you it will take for your item to ship. 1st time, it took 5 weeks to get a drop in trigger, then 4 weeks to get a stock. Then yesterday I get an email from them stating they're having "their biggest sale ever on handguards" 20% off handguards! I've actually been looking to get a new handguard so I go on their website, pick out one I like, enter the discount code, and it tells me it's invalid for this item!?!! After I contact customer service, they tell me the discount code is only good for certain handguards (about 8-10 handguards) out of nearly 100.... Uh... Ok.... But that's y'all's biggest sale ever on handguards!? Misleading advertisment!! I'm done with DTT!!
