You place an order after fighting with their website and after 7 days or so you begin to wonder where your order is because you should have it by now so you check and find out it hasnt been shipped yet. There is absolutely no excuse for this. It is an anti customer policy that they have decided to use. Give us your money and dont expect anything soon. It's some sort of new age way of doing business they are trying to push on customers so they have the control and it is a privilege for you to be able to do business with them. Big mistake. They wont be around in a year when competing agaisnt companies that ship the same day like they should.
