I dont know what to say except I will now read reviews on any company I order from them. I ordered a magnifier from this company 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Haven't received order and can get no tracking details or find out anything about my order. I've sent emails and tried to call several times. Today I was on hold 45 min. And 30 min yesterday. Then you get a message saying no one is available to answer phones. Its literally impossible to contact them. They wont even email you back. Getting nervous about it now. Im on disability and every dollar counts for me. Just wanted to treat myself to christmas present. Looks like im not even getting a chunk of coal. Is this even a real business or am I getting scammed. I guess ill wait a few more days and then file a claim with my bank hopefully it will just show up. Super disappointing!
