Buyers Beware! You will be waiting a very long time. Placed an order 1-22 and 1-27, my ffl dealer sent their ffl same day. I cant believe a company is allowed to operate like this. It is past 17 business days already. Still have not received my ffl order. Sent 2 email inquiries, no response. Does not have customer service available on the phone. I asked for a full refund, hopefully I get a response. If not Im hoping my CC company can help me initiate a chargeback. They should not allow online retailers to take funds without shipping the item especially if they have a massive backlog like this company.
