Order Date 1/12/2023 I have contacted multiple time through email and phone. on email Tue, Feb 14, 9:45 AM no response. Call on your phone line. no customer service agent at the moment call back later. After waiting 20min!!! What kind of callback is that? try calling a lot of times. On Feb 16 got someone on the phone. they said they are trying to verify my FFL on email. i call my FFL to look out for the email. but still nothing. I have no response back yet. Need to file dispute because I can't even cancel the order.
