I was skeptical at first because of reviews and BBB complaints, contacted Delta team tactical and after chatting with them a little bit they assured me that items would be delivered in good shape. I understand this time it's hard to get good help, but their staff was extremely polite and helpful, I'll order two upper assemblies pre-assembled, to save myself some time along with other small parts, my only complaint is they use USPS for shipping which is terrible about tracking. One upper assembly arrived and it still showed had not shipped. I have placed several orders with them since everything comes in in a respectable time and good product. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. The customer service was second to none.
