Here’s how my order experience went with DTT recently Nov. 2023. I ordered a 20” key mod rail from them for $40. After a week goes by I receive 4 handguard barrel nuts which I didn’t order. I called DTT and talked to someone in customer service who said he’ll look into my order and for me to send them a picture of what I received which I immediately did. A few days go by and I hear nothing from them even while I’m sending daily emails about my order status. Fed up as the end of week nears I contacted my credit card and reverse the charge. The same day I reversed the charge I start getting emails from DTT with a return label to send the 4 barrel nuts back to them and some sorry excuse. This could have all been avoided if they were more Honest and up front. I don’t see doing business with them again or they're partner companies. BUYER BEWARE!
