My item has yet to ship but I am still inside the estimated window. I was worried due to the large number of poor reviews so I called them and let me tell you what the man in my call was awesome. Fast, informative, well mannered and happy to help. My experience overall still hangs in the balance but if that fella was any sign I doubt I'll have a bad time.
