I asked them specifically about the measurements of a certain product and they gave me false information. I ordered it based on the information they sent me and it wasn't even close when it arrived. Then, when I called them to resolve the problem they told me that I would have to pay to return the item that they sold me under false pretense. Additionally, if I wanted a refund instead of store credit I would have to pay more! I will be contacting my credit card company and having the charge reversed and I will not be doing business with them in the future if this is how they want to treat their customers.
