At first I hesitated to order from them due to some poor reviews. However they had in stock the AR COMPONENT I NEEDED. I did on-line ordering. That went perfect. After a day I called them to make sure my order was in process. they promptly return my call within an hour. I received my order in about a week. On the phone they were professional, courteous, friendly, clear and direct to the point. I will be ordering from them again.
