I wanted to order two of the same plates for my trailer tent and for a bike board, however I had to place two separate orders and pay two lots of postage as there was nowhere to change quantity. I did email your company but was told I had to do two orders. I also didn't select fixing set as I thought that was for the screw set but still thought sticky pads might come with it, however when my plates came there were no sticky pads, and haven't been able to attach the plates as I know I need decent sticky pads and not had a chance to go to the shops. I thought the sticky pads came as standard as I have ordered from you before. And from memory the fixing set was at least a couple of pounds. Not as impressed with your service this time.
