Plate is good and when I sent you the required information and was then delivered quickly, but I was unaware that I was required to send proof of ownership and proof of who I was until I chased up my plate. I was then told I was required to sent this proof, I am not sure if I missed something on the original request but maybe someone from your company should have sent a reminder as opposed to me chasing you.
