I have used demon plates in the past, although quite a few years ago. So, went through election and payment only then to be faced with request for ID and documents. I thought it would be a simpler way of getting plates rather than going to a local car parts shop and having to call back to collect. I was really annoyed that I hadn’t seen anything about needing documents until after payment. This should be made much clearer. As a complete old person and a technophobe I found this to be a very stressful experience. Certainly I would not have made an order if this had been apparent earlier. I really dislike having to send attachments and do photographs. So, I chose a service to make life easier and actually ended up paying more ( plates are cheaper to buy locally) , and my stress levels ended up at the top level. And I must wait a week to get the plates. So, the service comes with a health warning in my opinion. Not yet received plates but hopefully they will arrive on time and not necessitate a further review.
