Ordered plates , thought the process was good and choice was what I was looking for. However an error on my part was made accidentally not showing a space between letters and numbers... and rather than check with me , the plates were sent with a big sticker on them saying they were illegal......I think from a customer service point of view it wouldn't have taken 1 minute to send me an email and confirm ...but instead sent me illegal plates
