I am very happy with the number plate as regards layout, quality etc. I was a bit disappointed when ordering through the website that I did not notice, until after I had paid my fee, that I had to forward copies of my driving licence and V5 before a plate could be made-up. I understand this is a legal requirement but feel it could have been more prominently brought to notice before the fee was paid. It caused me extra work and led to delay in receiving my plate. Overall performance (including delivery time to Northern Ireland) was poorish but the end product is very satisfactory.
