Seems to be a company where you're ok as long as things go smoothly but if you have problems their customer service is almost non existent, displaying a reluctance to enter into any dialogue. I ordered a plate for a bike carrier and sent all relevant documentation. When I'd hear nothing a couple of days later I sent a chasing email. They took this to be a repeat order and sent 2 lots of plates and charged me twice. On contact they simply said I'd ordered twice and as they couldn't resell the plates that was an end to the matter. Not sure why I'd want 2 plates for 1 bike carrier. Even offered to return the 2nd plate unopened to show I was not trying to rip them off but got no change out of them.
