Denby is my favourite range and have been a customer since 2003. Recently purchased the Natural Canvas collection and the quality has dropped considerably! Customer service have tried to resolve this but sending out two sets of replacements, each set worse than the previous!!! They have told me, this is the quality they produce and cannot produce better quality to their customer satisfaction, so rather go back and forth with exchanges they will offer a refund. Cheaper imitations of the brand seem to be better quality than the Original Denby! Not what you would expect from a high quality brand. Currently returning the products I have purchased directly from them online and will no longer be a loyal, loving customer of Denby products, as clearly they don't appreciate their customers love of their products, the brand name they hold and the quality they produce.
