Useless, totally bloody useless. Of all of the companies I've engaged in my 40+ years in business I've never come across one as incapable and unreliable as this one.
Phil, Mark, Daryl, there's not one of you got a spine, or the balls to pick up the phone, apologise and actually get on with completing the job you assured me you were capable of. 5 days you said, just 20 hours work and I'm still waiting in the sixth month following commencement.
