La montre et le packing sont magnifiques, nous sommes informés tout au long de la fabrication. Mon numéro fétiche a été gravé dessus. Le service client est réactif et répond à vos questions dans les 24h.
Le bracelet est également d'une excellente qualité. Peut-être le seul bémol, c'est la boucle deployante qui n'ouvre pas assez (ou alors j'ai un petit poignet et une grosse main). Je suis vraiment très satisfait de mon achat.
