I rarely leave negative feedback, but feel compelled to do so regarding my buying experience of the Depancel watch I ordered some months ago. I have yet to receive my watch! It is held in the couriers local depot only 15kms from my home. I have repeatedly messaged Depancel and have resorted to copying Mr Meynier to get some traction on resolution. I have only had sporadic responses, the early ones suggesting the problem was mine to resolve. The root cause of the issue is that the commercial invoice provided by Depancel to DHL was incorrect and double valued the watch. I am therefore being asked to pay UK VAT for double the amount.
