Dans le cadre d’un SAV j’avais demandé un service : changer le bracelet en même temps. Cela n’a pas été le cas… j’ai reçu le bracelet à mon domicile sans mode d’emploi … juste un bracelet dans une enveloppe cartonnée. Aucune autre explication.
