Great branding and concept, but POOR execution. The watch was shipped broken, no paper manual and no paperwork. Although returned to receive a refund, I am £87 out of pocket for import duties. The only explanation I got was “sometime when shipped it may affect the movement…” Super disappointed that a brand that spends so much time on branding and building in a great story - cant quality check their watch.
