After eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Legend 60s watch (which I excitedly pre order) the watch arrived and initially I was overjoyed. However, within two months the watch band snapped and appears to be incredibly poor in quality. Upon reaching out to Depancel they refused to issue a new band. The band itself having broke whilst walking around with no strain on it. The watch now nothing more than an over priced paper weight. Poor watch band and poor customer service and I'd expect more from a small dedicated watch company. And now I have the pleasure of having a watch that I can't use. It won't be easy to sell without a watch band and given Depancel's limited reach in the world of watches. In addition to this I have a signed poster with the founders signature which will forever remind me of this terrible experience.
