No instructions! I love the product line. Been using it since I had my twins. I had stretch marks and by butt seemed to need work after the pregnancy. This work and the alternative would be surgery which is out of the question for me because of the cost. I rather spend more on my beautiful kids then get 10,000 dollar surgery that puts me at risk of complications. Honestly, this product works better than any other product out there of them that I tried. I commend the creators for this and for formulating something that is quality.
