Het bestellen, de betaling en levering verliepen vlotjes. Ik heb alleen een ander product (andere verpakking) ontvangen zonder verdere uitleg van Dermatheek. Ik heb TRIX Basic Fibers besteld en ontving 'Fully'. Dit was eerder ook al het geval. Het product is minder 'soepeltjes' en 'klontert' wat, maar strooit na het los te hebben gemaakt (met vork) prima. Ik ben heeeeel blij met deze fibers. Kan niet meer zonder om de hoofdhuid te maskeren.
