Scammers - they have the same VAT number as at least 3 other websites (https://www.eboxmedia.co.uk/ to whom the number is registered,
https://www.designasign.co.uk/ and https://www.healthsafetysigns.co.uk/
All of these websites have positive reviews on the front page but in reality, there are a huge number of people who have been ripped off by them. Check the VAT number, if it is 135 9393 87 then it is best to report and shop elsewhere.
