Started off great, I wanted a bespoke sign and the customer service was quick and promised what I wanted. I placed the order on the 24th June 2021 and paid £69.58.
After a few weeks I contacted customer services for an update, they said the sign had been dispatched, I asked for a tracking number but didn’t get one. They said the sign must have gone missing in the post and would dispatch a new one. I was happy enough with that explanation and said please send me the tracking number when you ship.... never heard from them again. I have emailed several times and had no response. I’m now going to contact my card provider to force a refund.
