Our house sign arrived very late after ordering on August 15th and we are really disappointed with the quality of the sign. It appears to be a tile which has been painted and does not look like an etched slate from the website. It looks like it has been printed on rather than etched as advertised . It also has white marks over the tile spoiling the appearance. We do not feel this is what we thought we were ordering and would like a refund but we have emailed the company and heard nothing back. A complete waste of time and money.
