Quality quite good and well packaged to avoid damage. HOWEVER, delivery poor. I waited a month and when I chased by phone (also very difficult to contact them by phone) on a Wednesday I was told the item had been posted by royal mail the previous Wednesday- surely even royal mail can deliver in less than a week! Turns out that the item arrived the Saturday after my call on Wednesday so it was obviously posted that Wednesday after chasing them. They need to review the administration and communication side of the business.
