Website very easy to use to design the sign and then order it. Delivery took about three weeks but well worth the wait. The sign was well packed in bubble wrap and thick card board. The engraved granite was beautifully polished and had pre-drilled mounting holes. Also a couple of mounting screws and wall plugs were supplied. The lettering was excellent. I would definitely use this company again.
