Despite being happy with the product, we were very unimpressed by the service I’m afraid. After waiting over 3 weeks for my signs I emailed the company only to receive what I assume was a standard reply stating their policy for despatching and postage timings. My waiting time had already exceeded this so I didn’t feel my letter had been read properly. I eventually received my signs, and an additional package which was someone else’s sign. I emailed the company straight away clearly stating I had received my signs but had also received someone else’s. After sending photos of the wrongly sent sign they said they would get onto sending me my signs, which I had already received and told them so! I sent several emails and each reply from Luke White, a customer service manager, addressed me as David which is my husband. I felt this was unprofessional and annoying! I just feel the customer service let’s this company down.
