Very pleased with our sign, although it looks a bit small from the road. The website was very user friendly and choosing the sign was fun. I was concerned about the packaging. The sign was well wrapped in bubble wrap but with only a corrugated cardboard sleeve. I feel the ends should have been more protected, although the sign was undamaged in our case.
