I called to discuss the order and check that the site was legit after ordering a Chandelier from a site with a popular Australian city in their name which turned out to be based in China and very dodgy - has taken nearly 4 months to get our most bet back via PayPal. Anyway the lady I spoke to at Designer Chandelier went out of her way to provide details about the Lights we wanted, even sending photos of them hanging on the showroom floor. We ordered the French Basket Chandeliers in Antique Bronze, they arrived 2 days after the order. Were packaged very well and we are extremely pleased with them. I would definitely recommend this company for service, speed of delivery and quality of the product.
