Avoid like the plague. They say hassle free returns. I say nothing but hassle. Bought 3 rolls of Cole and Son wallpaper so it wasn't cheap. It arrived from Cole and Son the box was OK but the rolls inside were not intact the cellophane was off the end and it was open, as it wasn't fully open I thought it was OK. Used two rolls and sent one back at a cost of £8.90. They state that Cole and Son are refusing to take it back as the cellophane is not totally intact I explained that's the way they sent it but they have refused to refund any money. They have also refused to send the roll back unless I give them another £10 for them to return it or they want to donate it to a school. Take no notice of their NO HASSLE RETURNS policy because its rubbish, they have refused to give me the wallpaper back unless I allow them to take another £10 from my credit card. Beware they obviously keep your credit and debit card details instead of destroying them after you have purchased the wallpaper. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND TOLD THEM TO DESTROY MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS. LETS HOPE THEY ARE PCI COMPLIANT
