I like to share my experience with online order at Desigual. it used to be easy. straight forward without complications. my last order was a disaster: received an email with special offers. placed order. paid. 1 week no news. the order said: delicacy delivery within 5 days. i called twice. be informed only 1 item has left. the other is not available. this item will be canceled . i must request: to be informed when available again. not even 24 hrs after the cancellation received a messages 2 jackets are available but now I have to pay postage b4 I din not have to. i immediately called desigual. while i spoke to a lady both jackets are no longer available. i call this kind of bussiness: consumer trapping
