I am locked out of my account and cannot make any purchase. I even lost the ability to use existing credit. After months of emails with them, this is what I got! Incredibly bad service. 'After reviewing the situation and the correspondence to date, it appears we've encountered a standstill in progressing with your request. Despite our efforts and repeated requests for specific information to assist you effectively, the responses received have not enabled us to move forward with a resolution. As such, and with all due consideration, we find ourselves in the position where we can no longer pursue your current request further. This decision does not come lightly, as our goal has always been to provide comprehensive support to all our customers.' Update. After I wrote here they contacted me saying they would merge the old into a new account. Today I got this "Unfortunately it is not possible to merge these 2 accounts as they are in different currencies. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out if you have any further questions." What does it even mean? I have always bought in pounds, you can use the same account for every country and currency!! This has taken months. Really disappointed; never buy from them!!!!
