I'd be seriously concerned about the ethics of this company! The hard sell is what you'll probably get in my opinion, disguised as friendly banter. Sincerely insincere.. This alone is "TOTALLY-UNACCEPTABLE!" A mandatory non-refundable deposit again in my opinion is totally unacceptable and £500 at that. Your choice! but I feel the company should be ashamed of using this tactic. I'm pretty sure 'BY LAW' you'd be entitled to a cooling off period. The used cars are presented in a at best a "lackluster way" and the pitch from the sales team is a bit: take-it or leave-it. The warranty offered is not great and at £350 to upgrade I'm sure theirs a nice little commission made. Paint protection, Scotch Guard and GAP {by another name} will all cost the unaware as they are also pushed. I walked away from this shower and I'd advise the same of you.
