TL:DR - overall fantastic experience - design, purchase, delivery, build and use Website was easy to navigate & design your desk Price was mid range of those I’d viewed elsewhere but the desk itself feels like it should have cost more Delivery nearly stumped me as the desk top was deemed a bulk item and delivered separately. Across 2 deliveries / days, everything arrived within their quoted timeframe. When questioned, their support team responded quite quickly. Build was straight forward with clear instructions for a step by step process. It is effectively built upside down and flipped over at the end. You may need some assistance. All together this is not a light desk. Use: already being put to good use. With 3 memory presets I can have a sit / stand setting and a 3rd option just high enough to fully store my office chair when not in use. Would definitely recommend
