My desk arrived promptly after purchase and was easy to assemble. After I built the desk I noticed that there was a crack in the desktop and a scuff mark underneath. I contacted the customer support team and explained the issue with the desk. The support team were very helpful and responded promptly. A new desktop was sent the next day and arrived in good condition.
The desk itself is very spacious and the control are easy to use. It is very helpful to be able to set certain heights as defaults. I have been very pleased with my experience.
