I ordered the Home Pro desk and received all the parts of the desk in 2-4 days as they were delivered in separate parts. The quality of the top is quite good and I was very happy with the packaging as there were no scratches during the moving. The mechanism is noiseless and the desk is quite stable. I am 100% happy with it. There was just 1 small problem with the delivery, the partner company (DHL) skipped the delivery of 1/3 boxes and I had to pick it up by myself. However, after a communication with Desktronic support center, they filed a complaint and sent me a refund for this "bad experience". I really appreciated the way they handled my case and would suggest anyone buying their desks. The quality and the price is quite good.
