device - found easy to access on the internet and the process of purchasing very good. The process of delivery could have been better would like to know a day and just fortunate I was at home!!! This device was for the physiotherapist to use unfortunately the wrong instructions were in there, which is not helpful when we are trying to help people improve bladder function etc, otherwise the machine is easy to use
