Booked a package to go to Dubai in January 2022. Overall good experience.
I had to request confirmation email after paying the balance.
Though mentioned on my booking confirmation would get an email 24 hours prior to transfer both ways, nothing was ever sent. I confirmed my return transfer myself.
It will take customer service over 24 hours to get back to you.
But overall not bad as I booked my next trip with them already
