I have arranged my holiday online without speaking to any advisors. The experience of the website booking overall was good, however it did freeze after making the payment. I was also unware that by placing your booking on the website this is first an "order" and not a confirmed booking which i have realised after the Summary came through to my email, think this should be made clearer without causing any confusion. Apart from that, it was a great deal for a holiday to the Maldives. Hopefully will manage to get there without any hick ups! :)
