Booking system seemed fine although I am very disappointed that I cannot reserve seats until the full balance is paid. Every other company I have dealt with over many years allows seat booking at the time of booking. Given that this is really a contract between myself and the airline and that I am paying extra to secure the seats I do not see why I am prevented from selecting my seats after paying the deposit.
