I was a bit dubious to use your services with it being an online site I had not heard of, however, after speaking to Kelly Bateman over the phone she really put me at ease. She was absolutely lovely and went through all the ins and outs of the holiday I wanted to book (I had been having issues with payment on the website). The only downside I would say is that when you do go through the booking process online it doesn't show you any luggage allowance or anything, but Kelly was able to tell me this over the phone.
