I called yesterday and was promised a call back as I had a query on my booking. This wasn’t done. I spoke with a lady called Lisa I believe. I called again therefore today and spoke with Llewys. He was excellent. He looked into the matter and came back to me swiftly. He resolved the issue satisfactorily. Thankfully Llewys restored my faith in your company and so my ratings are based on my experience with him only.
