John was very helpful indeed bringing up various prices quickly, finding out information on area to visit and setting up holiday information folder. Emails are sent and answered quickly. Did feel slightly overwhelmed about booking there and then in case prices quoted changed becoming more expensive. Would have been nice to see quote in black and white print rather than hearing it over phone and then having to make decisions. The flexibility to amend the booking without a charge is good but do check about what happens if you need to change after the 4 week period from booking . Be prepared to pay with in this time the full amount of your holiday. Do ask lots of questions have a list if necessary. Nice to be able to book multi stay accommodation if you need it. Happy so far and they do work weekends. !!!
