Sohit was excellent. Provided a quote via email when i called him later that day he doubled checked it all. Answered all my questions. It was all really fast. No repeating information or long winded call. The hotels were good rates with some bonuses that other agents didnt seem to have. Only negative was that they would not accept AMEX. Otherwise brilliant.
