Destination 2 are taking no responsibility for cancelling my direct flight and offering me a transit flight adding hours to my journey on the basis of no refund or upgrade.
It is sickening how they showed the policy and you are left with no option. They were the third party in the middle and flight was booked thru destination 2 .
