I had booked accommodation for a family holiday and cancelled within in 2 days as the property had no confirmation at all about my booking. I am yet to receive a refund. No emails get replied to and all phone numbers are pre recorded. DO NOT BOOK with them. Book directly through the hotel. These guys are scammers
